These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Echo, a software-as-a-service product operated by All In Code Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, running a free scan, or subscribing to any Echo plan, you agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree, do not use Echo.
Echo is a Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) tracking and recommendation tool. It tracks whether your business is mentioned by AI engines (including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini) in response to relevant queries, and generates recommendations to improve your citation rate.
Echo does not guarantee any specific outcome, ranking, citation, or business result. AI engine behaviour is outside our control and changes without notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business. Echo is intended for business use.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at paul@allincode.com.au.
We use magic link authentication — a one-time login link sent to your email. You are responsible for the security of your email inbox.
Echo offers a free scan tool that runs a limited number of queries across two AI engines without requiring a paid subscription. Free scans are provided for evaluation purposes only. Results are indicative and may not reflect your complete AI visibility profile.
We may store your email address and scan results for up to 90 days for follow-up communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Echo offers three subscription tiers:
Plan features and limits are as described on the Echo pricing page at the time of purchase.
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. A valid payment method is required to commence a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically commence and your payment method will be charged.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days written notice to your registered email address. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Manage Subscription link in your Echo dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Upon cancellation, you retain access to Echo until the end of your paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.
If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. Access ends immediately upon trial cancellation.
We do not offer refunds on subscription fees already charged, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law, contact us at paul@allincode.com.au.
You agree not to use Echo to:
Echo uses artificial intelligence to generate content recommendations including schema markup code, website copy, FAQ content, and aggregator listing text ("Generated Content").
You acknowledge that:
Echo integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google, Stripe, Supabase, and Resend. Your use of Echo is subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
All In Code retains all intellectual property rights in Echo, including but not limited to the software, design, algorithms, and branding. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Echo for your own business purposes.
Content you provide to Echo (business name, queries, competitor names) remains your property. You grant us a licence to use this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Your use of Echo is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Echo, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, All In Code's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Echo is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee, warranty, or condition implied by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Echo is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that:
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at paul@allincode.com.au to request account deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email to your registered address. Continued use of Echo after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
