allincode provides the following services. Specific terms for each are set out in the sections below and in any written proposal or scope of work we provide:
Ora is available on the following tiers (all prices in AUD including GST):

Annual plans are paid in full upfront. After 12 months, the subscription renews at the applicable monthly rate unless cancelled in accordance with Section 6.
Pricing is subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days written notice of any price increase for existing subscriptions.
Every Ora subscription includes: a named AI brain trained on your business, built-in CRM and lead capture, analytics dashboard, voice input (Australian English), Zapier integration (Pro and above), and email support. Elite tier additionally includes WhatsApp and SMS integration, multi-location deployment, monthly brain retraining, and a quarterly strategy call.
Annual plans include a website build as described in the table above. "Included" means the website build cost is covered within the annual fee — not that it is free. Website builds are subject to the terms in Section 7.
Starter brains typically go live within 3–5 business days. Pro and Elite brains typically go live within 2 weeks. Timelines assume the client provides required information (product details, pricing, FAQs) promptly. Delays caused by the client do not entitle the client to a refund or fee reduction.
Ora clients receive access to the Ora CRM dashboard at allincode.com.au/crm.html. CRM access is provided for the duration of the subscription. On termination, CRM access ceases and data is retained for 90 days then deleted (see our Privacy Policy).
All fees are in Australian dollars (AUD) including GST where applicable. We issue a tax invoice for every payment.
Payments are processed via Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge you for agreed fees as they fall due. If a payment fails, we will notify you and allow 7 days to rectify before suspending service.
Overdue amounts accrue interest at 10% per annum, calculated daily, from the due date.
You may cancel a monthly Ora subscription with 30 days written notice sent to paul@allincode.com.au. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period following the 30-day notice period. No refunds are provided for the current or remaining billing period.
Annual subscriptions are paid upfront and are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription before the 12-month term expires, no refund is payable for the unused portion. If a website build was included and has not yet commenced at the time of cancellation, we will refund the website portion of the annual fee at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Ora or any service with immediate effect if you:
On termination for cause, no refund is payable for any unused subscription period.
Website projects commence upon receipt of the agreed deposit and written approval of the project scope.
The client is responsible for supplying: all copy (written content), images, logos, and other creative assets in a timely manner. Delays caused by late provision of materials may extend project timelines without affecting payment obligations.
Ora annual plans include 2 revision rounds for the included website build. Additional revisions beyond this are quoted separately. A "revision round" means a set of consolidated feedback reviewed in a single session — not individual changes submitted piecemeal.
The project is considered complete and the website launched upon client approval. If the client fails to provide final approval within 14 days of our final delivery, the project will be deemed complete and the final invoice becomes due.
allincode retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before project commencement.
You retain all intellectual property rights in materials you provide to us (logos, content, images, business information). By providing these materials, you grant allincode a licence to use them to deliver the agreed services.
Upon receipt of full payment, allincode assigns to you the intellectual property rights in the custom code and design developed specifically for your project. This assignment does not extend to:
The system prompts, knowledge bases, and configuration developed to train your specific Ora brain are created using your business information as input. You own the right to your underlying business information. allincode retains the right to use the anonymised structure and approach of brain configurations to improve the Ora platform generally.
Ora is an AI-powered conversational system. By deploying Ora or interacting with it, you acknowledge and agree that:
You must not use Ora, the CRM, or any allincode service to:
Breach of this section may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Ora clients may embed the Ora widget on their own website using the provided script tag. By doing so, you agree that:
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, strategies, or project details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to operate our services (including disclosure to the third-party providers listed in our Privacy Policy). This obligation continues for 2 years after our engagement ends.
You agree to treat as confidential any non-public information we share with you about our systems, pricing, methodologies, or business.
allincode warrants that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, allincode's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the total fees you paid to us in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses, including loss of revenue, profit, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If the Australian Consumer Law applies to any of our services and we fail to meet a consumer guarantee, your remedies are as set out in the Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using our services and cancel any subscription with appropriate notice.
